After earning a B.A. from the University of Austin at Texas, Bill Kendall attended the University of Houston Law Center, graduating in December 1997. Following Mr. Kendall's graduation from law school, he worked for two years as an attorney at two prestigious law firms in Buenos Aires, Argentina. During this period, Mr. Kendall focused his practice in the areas of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions as well as other transactional matters. From his time in Argentina and elsewhere in South America, Mr. Kendall is fluent in Spanish.
Upon returning to Texas, Mr. Kendall started his own law practice. He has worked mostly in and around the areas of Houston and Dallas. He has represented hundreds of home and business owners throughout Texas with their insurance property claims, including water and mold damage claims, foundation claims, construction and builder defect claims as well as hurricane claims. He also currently represents hurricane victims with their property insurance claims in Florida. Additionally, Bill Kendall has represented clients in a variety of other civil litigation matters.
Mr. Kendall is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Trial Lawyer's Association, Dallas Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in all Texas State courts as well as in Federal Court, including the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas.
